We am A united states and my boyfriend is Spanish. We've been working and surviving in the united states for a several years. But, my boyfriend got a job that is new France so we have been in the entire process of going here together. We're considering engaged and getting married for me to get a job, etc as it would make it much easier.
Nevertheless, we have no idea for certain if we am married to a Spanish national if I will be able to work in France easily even. Does anybody discover how it really works? I work in France if we get married in Spain, can? Or do we need to get hitched in France? Whenever we have hitched in France am I able to still get EU residency directly away? Needless to say, i would ike to begin working straight away and have always been concerned it could take as much as a to get residency year.
For the intended purpose of residency, it does not matter where you can get hitched. You'll have to get the wedding permit translated and notarized probably in France unless you get married there, but that's only a concern of an extra day's annoyance.Leggi ancora
